I understand that plans can change. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation

Subject to any statutory cancellation rights that may apply:

• More than 48 hours' notice: Reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund.

• 24–48 hours' notice: You may reschedule free of charge, but the session is non-refundable.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: The full session fee will normally be payable.

• No-show: The full session fee will normally be payable.

For block bookings, applicable cancellation charges may be deducted from your remaining hours.

Rescheduling

One reschedule can be made without charge where the relevant notice is given. Repeated rescheduling may incur a reasonable additional charge, which will be agreed with you beforehand.

Emergencies

If something unexpected or urgent happens, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always try to be reasonable and accommodate genuine emergencies where I can.

Cancellation by Me

If I need to cancel, I will offer a prompt alternative date or a full refund where applicable.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

Depending on how you book, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Where applicable, this takes precedence over this policy.

If you ask me to begin the service during this period, you may be required to pay for services already provided, where permitted by law.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable and using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
