Cancellation and Rescheduling.

We know that life with family can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly, please read our cancellation and rescheduling terms below.
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to cancel please let me know as soon as possible in writing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session can be rescheduled for free or are fully refundable.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session can be rescheduled but are not refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be charged in full.
You can reschedule a session without any extra fees. If you need to reschedule more than that, there might be a small additional charge.
If something urgent comes up, just get in touch as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
If I must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a prompt reschedule or full refund.
2. Refunds:
We'll process any eligible refunds within 14 business days.
Refunds will be sent back to you using the same payment method you used to book the session.
