The Space to Breathe Approach

There is no one size-fits-all method when it comes to organising a home. This is a process and a journey that we will embark upon together to truly transform your space. I offer tailored solutions and ongoing support to create a calmer, more functional home for your family.

Decluttering

Together we’ll declutter your space at your pace, using the ‘Use, Love, Purpose’ method to keep only what you use, love, or has a clear purpose in your home, helping you let go of what no longer serves you.

Organising

I take the time to understand your family’s unique routines and needs, ensuring your belongings are reorganised in a way that works specifically for you and can be easily maintained over time.

Aftercare

I handle donation, recycling, and removal of unwanted items, share practical tips to keep your systems running, and offer follow-up sessions or membership support — helping you maintain a stress-free home and enjoy more time doing what matters most.

The Process

Decluttering and organising your home isn’t just a one-time clean — it’s a process. It takes a little time and patience to create systems that really work for you and your family, so your space stays calm and functional for the long run.

Step 1. Virtual Consultation

The first step is simply getting to know each other. I want to hear about you and your family so I can understand how to best support you — but mostly, this is about making sure you feel comfortable and confident welcoming me into your home as we work together to create the calm, happy space you’ve been dreaming of.

In this relaxed, one-on-one virtual session, we’ll:

  • Chat about the areas of your home that feel overwhelming

  • Pinpoint what’s really stressing you out and what you want to achieve

  • Walk through your current setup and any existing systems

  • Share how our decluttering and organising process works

  • Talk through the most suitable packages for you and your family

  • Answer your questions and put your mind at ease

Following the session I will provide a clear estimate, with practical next steps to give you a sense of calm about reclaiming your space — without feeling overwhelmed.

Step 2. In Your Home

Once we’ve explored your goals and created a plan following our virtual consultation, the next step is your in-home session. This is where the transformation begins!

I’ll come to your home fully equipped with everything we need to tackle your space efficiently. Together, we’ll:

  • Declutter your home, sorting out what to keep, donate, or consign

  • Reorganise your belongings so everything has a place

  • Implement tailored systems that actually work for your family’s routines

  • Create a space that feels calm, functional, and easy to maintain

  • Reduce your mental load and give you the gift of time, to spend doing what matters most

This isn’t just tidying — it’s a thoughtful process designed to make your home feel lighter, more organised, and genuinely enjoyable to live in. You’ll leave with a space that supports your lifestyle and reduces daily stress.

Decluttering and organising is just the beginning — we want to make sure your home stays functional and stress-free. After your in-home session, we’ll take care of:

  • Responsible removal of donations, recycling, and unwanted items

  • Resale of items if needed, supporting a circular economy and helping you earn money from items your family no longer needs

  • Sharing practical tips and tricks to keep your systems running smoothly

For extra support, you can book follow-up sessions or join our membership program, giving you regular check-ins and guidance. It’s all about helping you maintain a home that works for your family — giving you more time, less stress, and space to breathe.
